The first phase of Midtown, 1221 E. Walnut, was completed in November of 2012.

Phase II and III of Midtown, 1224 and 1222 E. Walnut were completed in 2013 and 2014, respectively. These two phases are nearly identical U-shaped buildings with beautiful courtyards equipped with pergolas and high-end propane grills for resident use.

Residents are able to enjoy the rooftop pool and fitness center located on top of the parking garage, specifically for Midtown residents. A study center with Wi-Fi provides a quiet place for residents to meet with groups or study alone.
