Respected for a reason
After attending the University of Missouri, the owners saw an unmet need for a unique form of student housing, specifically for Mizzou students. In 2004, they started Brookside, the most sought out luxury student housing complex on campus. Over the years, Brookside grew its success and the property management company Real Equity Management was developed. Along with Brookside, REM has a broad portfolio and manages multiple student and multi-family apartment complexes like Orr Street Lofts and Aria Luxury Apartments, as well as commercial and retail spaces.
